Our office is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, specifically the South Toe Valley, located between Burnsville, North Carolina, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Most of our in-office listings are in or near Mt Mitchell Lands which surrounds the Mt Mitchell Golf Course, and borders Pisgah National Forest on the east and west side of the valley, and the Blue Ridge Parkway on the south.  You'll find land, homes, cabins, and building lots for sale here.  If you need a Realtor to help you look for that special property, let me, David Chandler, work with you.  I can also find you that special cabin in the woods whether its in Little Switzerland, Celo, or anywhere here in the Yancey or Mitchell County areas.  I'm a broker with June Jerome Realty and we sell more real estate - both homes and land - in the South Toe area than all the other brokers combined.

We're half way between Burnsville, North Carolina, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.  The South Toe River forms a north-south valley between Burnsville and the Parkway, with the Black Mountains and Mount Mitchell on the west, and the Blue Ridge Mountains on the east.  We specialize in land and lots that are perfect for that get-away vacation home or weekend cabin in the mountains, or along the South Toe River which is locally "famous" for great fly-fishing!  Let us show you around, we'd like to sell you on the location because once you've seen the South Toe Valley, you won't settle for the other tourist packed areas.  The valley has the most dramatic scenery in the east, with Mount Mitchell towering over the valley.  The South Toe is completely surrounded by Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park.  Come see why we say this is where "springtime spends the summer".
